It would
be cool to see earthquake Come out with some high power mids Like they
use to make I prefer the earthquakes over the mtx any day. But the
new ones you guys make just aren’t going to take the power like the
old md-6 Cast. Also as you may have notices my high amps are the old
6050 and 4050 , that’s is because I have had them since new and they
never quit, I have been using earthquake for all of my installs for
about 12 years now , (I started when I was 16). I have had (as far as
subs) XLTs, CPDS, CP, LS ,And Balls, I think my favorite was the CP
series the efficiency was un real I won a ton of shows with them in
the 90s I was powering them with the pa 2300 and 4300 (the one that
was 33” long and said worlds most powerful amplifier on it. I was a
BEAST Loved
the sound of it Very Tight amp, but it got old and problems occurred ,
it got to expensive to keep fixing it (due to the shipping) So that’s
when I switched to the D-class amps.
Thanks MIKE

My self , I'm probably running in the low 150s Db range. Keep in mind
my truck is a fully musical system , not tone generator built to burp
#s on the SPL meter. I like the be able to play music in my system
when when someone asks to hear it not just burp it.
I can run the system
all day till your ears bleed and no clipping or blowing components.
